Customer Service Inspections
The City of Bruceville-Eddy water system is tasked by the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality to take preventative measures to protect our supplies from sources of contamination.
One of the ways we address this is through the performance of a customer service inspection, commonly referred to as a CSI. A licensed member of our Public Works Department is responsible for performing these inspections.
A fee of $75.00 is charged in conjunction with the cost of receiving a new water meter or when substantial plumbing modifications are made, such as the addition of an irrigation system or the construction of a swimming pool.
