We have had numerous calls about customers not receiving their bills this month. The bills were taken to the post office on Sept 1st. The payments are still due by the 15th. Customers can call in to find out their balance and amount of usage. There is also the option of an extension for payments to be made after the 15th and this will need to be in writing by the 15th.

We apologize for any inconvenience this is causing. We are working with the post office to try to figure out what the issue is.
