Water Bill Information
As a friendly reminder to all customers:
All bills are sent out at the beginning of each month – no exceptions – and all bills are always due by the 15th of each month. The only time the due date changes is if you request an extension in writing with the office, or if the 15th falls on a weekend or holiday.
If you do not get a bill by the first week of the month please check with us to see if the bill has been returned and to get your balance. NOT GETTING A BILL DOES NOT MEAN YOU DON’T OWE ANYTHING. Anything could have happened to the card itself – i.e lost in the mail, stuck to other mail, etc. It does not mean we did not send you a bill.
Unfortunately we are not able to send out additional notices to customers who do not pay by the due date. Disconnect day is always stated on the back of the bill and is FOUR business days after the due date – if that falls on a Friday or a weekend it will be the next business day.
