CITY UPDATE

City Update:

I wanted to take a moment to update the citizens with the progress of the sewer and some other information.

As many of you are aware, we are waiting on the final two lift station sites.  Yesterday I mailed the check for the Cunningham site, and we are still waiting to complete the Smith property.

We are getting a gas station!!!!!!

This morning I spoke with developers at CEFCO. They are planning to start rebuilding in the next few months with February or January 2021.  They plan to demolish the existing building and start fresh. This has been an ongoing process, and thankfully it is coming to an end. They have decided to start the rebuild. The final plans have not been completed, but as quickly as I receive them, I will be sharing the information with everyone!
