hearing on November 12, 2020 at 6:30 pm in the

Bruceville-Eddy City Hall, 143 Wilcox Drive, Eddy,

Texas, for considering a change of zoning from

Agri/Timber to General Business District.  Property

described and located as follows:

20102 S. IH 35, Eddy, Texas 76524

15.172 acres of the Levi Prewitt Survey

Property ID # 364236 and 373981

The Public Hearing is open to any interested persons.
