Trash Service
UPDATE:
I just received the following message from the trash service:
The roads are still proving to be too hazardous for our vehicles to drive on. Temperatures have not been high enough to melt the ice on roadways. While most major roadways are somewhat clear to drive, residential streets are still very icy. We are going to suspend our previously delayed schedule for Friday and Saturday, and proceed with regularly scheduled services next week starting on Monday. Please let the citizens know we will pick up all of the trash out by the curb. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this unprecedented artic storm has caused and our inability to service the city because of it. Keeping our employees and the citizens safe is the upmost importance to us at this time. Thank you for your understanding of the situation we are in and we vow to make sure we will overcome the challenges ahead next week.
Please don’t hesitate to reach out to us if you have any questions.
Thank you
The trash service is going to be running from Friday-Sunday depending on the condition of the roads. This is the only information I was provided at this time. I will update citizens as I know more.
Please watch for savvy citizen notices. Temporarily using social media for emergency notices
